Walking up Pendle - 18th April 2014On Good Friday, 18th April 2014, Pat and I were just returning from a walk around the Barrowford area when she suggested that we should finish the day by walking up Pendle Hill. I hadn't been up for nearly 30 years and it was around 40 years since Pat had been up, so it seemed like a good idea. We parked the car just outside Barley and walked from there.
